■About Shipping

■EXCHANGE POLICY 

If the product does not fit, we will replace it only if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to check the following information before contacting us support@hereness.com

・The item must be shipped/picked up within 7 days of contact
・Unused, unwashed items（Trying on is possible）
・No intentional staining or damage
・No smells, stains, etc., such as cigarettes or cosmetics
・Accessories, box, etc. are in place
・Quality tag uncut ones
・Exchange is only accepted once for the same item.
・If you receive a different item from your order
・No cosmetics, food or drink, books, etc.
